Job summary

TCL North America is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to own day-to-day execution across Amazon and key e-commerce channels. You will translate strategies into actionable plans, drive initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and external partners to deliver measurable growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing clear status updates and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
• Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and retail media.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance across Amazon and key e-commerce channels.
• Develop channel strategies with defined priorities, timelines and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives from planning through execution and manage dependencies.
• Maintain real-time KPI reporting and actionable insights.
