Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to support growth across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This hybrid role in Plymouth, MN collaborates with the Ecommerce Marketplace Lead and cross-functional teams to manage product listings, analyze marketplace performance, improve visibility, and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on ecommerce marketplace experience (Amazon/Walmart/eBay).
Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, catalog management, and product listings.
Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
Write and optimize product copy with marketplace SEO best practices.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop A+ content and imagery.
Analyze large datasets in Excel to identify performance trends and insights.
Create dashboards and reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, and listing status.
Conduct monthly catalog reviews to identify optimizations and compliance concerns.
Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Monitor listing errors and policy violations; assist with customer service escalations.
Stay current on marketplace trends and tools to drive continuous improvement.
Document and refine operational processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
Support weekly team meetings with KPI reviews and prioritization.
