Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics, transportation or distribution.
• Knowledge of parcel/LTL carriers within the United States.
• Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP and carrier cost management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments from warehouse to final delivery to ensure on-time transport.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, stores, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Analyze logistics performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track carrier SLAs and KPIs to ensure service levels.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors and logistics partners.
• Investigate delivery exceptions, claims and escalations.
• Review transportation reports and identify trends for improvements.
• Provide logistics reporting and shipment visibility to stores/warehouses.
• Review and approve carrier invoices and rate negotiations.
• Support cross-functional teams on new logistics initiatives and system updates.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate on transportation projects and continuous improvement.
