Eataly North America is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to oversee end-to-end online order fulfillment, returns, carrier coordination, and inventory control in a hybrid role with on-site work in Jersey City and NYC. Collaborate with warehousing, retail, and customer service to ensure accurate fulfillment, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in e-commerce logistics, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong skills with WMS/ERP

Formación

• 2+ years in e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Microsoft D365 and Shiphero)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to identify trends or issues in inventory or logistics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive approach to resolving logistics or inventory discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor e-commerce orders from placement to delivery and resolve delays.
• Manage returns process, inspections, restocking, and refunds.
• Coordinate with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock across channels.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy and delivery times.
