Job summary

Tisun Beauty is building a Shopify-based online store integrated with Lightspeed POS. This role will own the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce launch and ongoing operations, ensuring inventory and order workflows align between Lightspeed and Shopify.

You will manage outside Shopify developers and contractors, coordinate catalog setup, and optimize product pages, pricing, and promotions for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Experience managing Shopify store operations or builds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with external developers/agencies.
• Comfortable handling large product catalogs (1,000+ SKUs; 5,000+ preferred).
• Attention to detail in inventory, pricing and product data.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operate the Shopify store from planning through launch.
• Coordinate external Shopify developers, designers, and contractors.
• Create and manage project timelines, tasks, and milestones.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Track budget and manage vendor invoices.
