Job summary

Equinox is seeking an E‑commerce Coordinator to support day‑to‑day online operations, product launches, and content management. You will connect Shopify with D365 ERP, Nosto personalization, Loop Returns, and Avalara tax systems, collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Retail Operations, and Technology teams to shape how members discover and shop our premium assortment online.

The role emphasizes organization, cross‑functional collaboration, and optimization of the customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience supporting an e‑commerce business, digital merchandising, or online retail operations.
Proficiency with Jira to log tickets and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Storefront Management, Merchandising & Calendaring.
Update Shopify product pages, copy, imagery, tags, navigation, and collections.
Coordinate and execute product launches and promotional updates.
Configure Nosto to optimize product recommendations and on-site content.
Assist in data-driven opportunities to drive sales and optimize site performance.
Monitor data sync between Shopify and ERP (D365) for orders.
Audit inventory across systems to prevent overselling.
Maintain tax codes within Avalara and monitor tax compliance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology teams.
