Job summary

HAIX® North America, Inc. seeks a technically skilled e‑Commerce Specialist to own our Shopware‑based North American online store and digital commerce operations.

You will bridge our US business with the German headquarters, ensuring that technical processes, system logic, and integrations run smoothly. You will combine hands‑on execution with strong technical understanding to optimize performance, user experience, privacy standards, and conversion rates across the digital ecosystem, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e‑commerce with a strong technical focus.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopware or comparable systems.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies (requirements, testing, deployments).
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Awareness of AI changes in e‑commerce to optimize scenarios.
• Experience with international e‑commerce setups.
• Knowledge of CRO, UX, or tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical operations of our Shopware‑based NA online store.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal teams on technical questions, processes, and logic.
• Coordinate technical development with US & Germany and external agencies.
• Serve as key interface between North America site and German e‑commerce/tech team.
• Test and validate new functionalities, plugins, and updates before deployment.
• Analyze, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend shop processes.
• Monitor and improve UX, privacy standards, conversion rates, and checkout processes.
• Manage online sales channels (store, marketplaces, performance channels).
• Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions for stability and performance.
• Translate technical topics into business‑friendly language for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and international teams.
