Job summary

A-Sha Foods USA is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive online revenue across digital commerce channels. You will manage platforms like Instacart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, while steering email marketing programs and collaborating with external agencies on marketplace advertising.

The role focuses on performance analytics, growth opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to support launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing Shopify, Instacart, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart.com or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend or Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow online sales across Instacart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other digital commerce platforms.
• Manage product launches, promotions, merchandising, pricing, and digital storefront content.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends and identify new opportunities to grow A-Sha's digital business.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to grow subscribers and drive repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with external agencies managing marketplace advertising and campaigns.
