Job summary

Ashtel Studios is seeking a highly organized Ecommerce Specialist to manage marketplace operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other channels. You’ll keep product listings accurate, coordinate inventory, and support launches.

The role blends content, data, and execution, with a focus on SEO, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and SKU-level data.
• Highly organized with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Set up and maintain product listings, pricing, variations, and inventory.
• Lead product launches, including copywriting, SEO, and QA.
• Develop marketplace content with keyword optimization.
• Coordinate inventory and fulfillment, including FBA and other marketplace requirements.
• Identify listing improvements to boost performance.
• Track sales and inventory, provide regular analytics.
• Troubleshoot listing, pricing, and fulfillment issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Finance.
• Suggest process improvements for accuracy and scalability.
