Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 2-3+ years in e-commerce, Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare preferred.
• Platform Expertise: Proven TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central experience; Shopify knowledge preferred.
• Advertising: Hands-on with Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Onboard and collaborate with TikTok creators and affiliates to drive sales.
• Plan shoppable content strategies aligned with beauty trends and campaigns.
• Monitor GMV, CTR, ROAS, and conversions; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage Amazon listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, and deals to maximize performance.
• Update Shopify storefronts, run digital ads, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Prepare monthly performance reports across all channels.
