Our client is hiring a VP of E-Commerce & Growth to own FilterKing.com and build a predictable, profitable e-commerce growth engine. The role is onsite in Miami, Florida (Full-Time) with relocation assistance.

You will drive growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention, building a high-performing team and holding internal teams and agencies accountable for measurable results. You’ll own the e-commerce P&L, lead performance marketing across paid search, SEO, CRO, email/SMS, and retention,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce or growth with 5+ years leading teams.
• Owned or heavily influenced an e-commerce P&L with large digital budgets.
• Deep knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRO, email/SMS, retention, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC revenue and profitability; set targets for spend and metrics.
• Build and lead growth team across channels and vendors.
• Own performance marketing strategy and budget allocation.
• Lead CRO roadmap across product pages and checkout; measure financial impact.
• Define SEO strategy for incremental revenue across technical SEO, content, category and product optimization.
• Own lifecycle marketing: email/SMS, retention, cross-sell; lift repeat purchases and LTV.
• Build dashboards for revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, etc.
• Manage site, tooling, and agency relationships.
