Job summary

Blue Chip Group is seeking an E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing and ecommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other platforms. The role focuses on driving profitable online sales, increasing brand awareness, and boosting customer engagement across all digital channels.

You will oversee marketplace optimization, pricing, content, and promotions while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive digital marketing and eCommerce experience.
• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing digital marketing strategy.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• CPG or food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company’s eCommerce and digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee online retail presence across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Augason Farms, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Develop pricing, assortment, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
• Optimize digital shelf performance, product discoverability, and conversion rates.
• Monitor marketplace compliance and customer experience metrics.
• Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, email, display, affiliates, SEO/SEM.
• Manage annual marketing calendars and campaign execution.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Lead agency and vendor management and negotiate contracts.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, and CLV.
