You will manage Zendesk tickets, prepare international shipping documentation, and ensure accuracy across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce order processing and small parcel shipping.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor direct-to-consumer orders and prepare shipping documents.
• Manage shipping support queue and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare international shipping docs like invoices, packing lists, EEI/AES filings.
• Support Amazon Seller Central operations and FBA/FBM.
• Coordinate with B2B orders and maintain key account communication.
