Job summary

JuneShine Brands is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to ensure orders reach customers accurately and on time. You will report to the Sr.

Logistics Manager and manage our 3PL partners daily while coordinating with the NPI and DTC teams as we roll out new products and grow direct-to-consumer across our brands. The role requires 4+ years in e-commerce operations, hands-on with WMS/3PL portals, and experience with Shopify.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics.
• Experience with 3PLs in a DTC environment.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with 3PL partners and lead weekly meetings.
• Monitor daily DTC order flow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within SLA.
• Track and resolve fulfillment exceptions and coordinate corrective actions with 3PL contacts.
• Coordinate fulfillment readiness for new product launches and simulate test orders.
• Support kitting and bundle fulfillment and create SOPs for processes.
• Report fulfillment performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
