Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the company and managing scheels.com order fulfillment across channels. You will troubleshoot issues in the OMS, support fulfillment roadblocks with store and warehouse teams, and coordinate with CX to optimize the order lifecycle.

This role requires <= associate degree or business-related experience, with retail/analytic exposure preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree in a business-related field or related experience.
• Retail and/or analytics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an OMS expert and manage post-purchase processes.
• Troubleshoot OMS issues and guide fulfillment teams.
• Collaborate with in-store and warehouse teams daily to resolve roadblocks.
• Maintain and enter administrative data for fulfillment processes.
• Communicate with CX and fulfillment teams to support the order lifecycle.
