Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support a four- facility network in Fargo, ND. You will ensure systems are operational, PO setup accuracy, and cross-functional teams are aligned on plans and execution.

You will lead weekly trainings, coordinate with buyers, stores, E-Commerce, IT, and AP, and drive inventory practices to keep products flowing and numbers accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communicator with 3PL partners, vendors, buyers, warehouse teams.
• Experience with WMS, EDI, or inventory systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Willing to travel to facilities (quarterly overnight visits).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Scheels point of contact for an assigned facility.
• Manage facility performance and execution alongside the Warehouse Operations Leader.
• Lead weekly meetings to teach, set expectations, and provide feedback.
• Coordinate inbound PO flow with buyers, facilities, and stores.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with Accounts Payable on invoice and claim issues.
• Collaborate with Vendor Compliance on damage and shortage claims.
• Assist store teams with inbound issues and tracking orders.
• Resolve E-Commerce order issues coordinating with facility teams.
• Monitor outbound order execution for store and E-Commerce fulfillment.
