Job summary

Overview:

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers by collaborating and supporting teams throughout the company. This position requires consistent, timely communication with our teams to troubleshoot issues that arise during the fulfillment lifecycle, while managing scheels.com order fulfillment across multiple channels and teams. Additionally, this role is responsible for occasionally collaborating with carrier partners to effectively navigate logistical challenges and delivery scenarios.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert in the Order Management System (OMS), possessing a thorough understanding of its functions, features, reporting, and post-purchase processes
  • Act as a problem-solver while assisting teams throughout the company with OMS navigation, technical troubleshooting, and fulfillment process guidance
  • Work with in-store and warehouse teams on a daily basis to smooth out fulfillment roadblocks and improve the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of overall e-commerce fulfillment processes, assisting with general team operations and administrative data entry as needed.
  • Build strong daily partnerships with Customer Experience (CX) team members and internal fulfillment teams to support all aspects of the order lifecycle through clear, timely communication (phone, email, chat).
  • Utilize reporting & analytics to anticipate potential shipping disruptions and collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team on large scale prevention, not just resolution
  • Provide company-wide technical support and troubleshooting for fulfillment-related concerns
  • Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

    Education & Experience:
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a business-related field and/or business-related experience
    • Retail and/or analytic experience preferred
