Job summary

Scheels is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator in Fargo, ND to ensure smooth order fulfillment across Scheels' online storefronts and channels. Responsibilities

Serve as an OMS expert with thorough understanding of functions, reporting, and post-purchase processes
Troubleshoot OMS navigation and fulfillment issues across teams
Collaborate daily with in-store and warehouse teams to smooth out roadblocks
Maintain understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and assist with data entry
Build strong partnerships with CX and fulfillment teams to support the order lifecycle
Use reporting to anticipate disruptions and coordinate with CX for prevention and resolution
Provide company-wide technical support for fulfillment-related concerns
Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
