Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert in the Order Management System (OMS) and post-purchase processes.
• Troubleshoot OMS navigation and fulfillment issues for teams.
• Collaborate with in-store and warehouse teams to smooth out fulfillment roadblocks.
• Maintain understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and assist with admin data entry as needed.
• Use reporting and analytics to anticipate shipping disruptions and coordinate prevention.
