Job summary

Triton Stone Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead warehouse operations and support design consultants with outstanding service.

You will manage shipments, inventory accuracy, and transfers, while upholding safety and efficiency standards. The role requires frontline leadership, clear communication, forklift experience, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Generous benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong understanding of Triton Stone product offerings and competitors' offerings.
• Forklift experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of all non-slab products.
• Maintain neat and organized inventory/warehouse.
• Notify sales representatives of all incoming transfers and orders.
• Prepare all outgoing shipments of non-slab products, properly packaged for transport.
• Manage all inventory transfers to tool vans or showroom/display.
• Maintain documentation for shipments/transfers.
• Assist fabricator walk-ins with sink and tool transactions.
• Manage damaged inventory and RGA process for non-slab products.
• Provide an unparalleled customer service experience on all interactions.
• Back up slab specialist as needed.

Job Description:

The Shipping & Receiving Manager is a critical element of the sales team. This position is responsible for providing support to Design Consultants, as well as providing unparalleled customer service to all customers. The actions of this position are critical to the growth of the branch.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments of all non-slab products accurately and quickly.
• Maintain neat and organized inventory/warehouse
• Monitor & Maintain Commodity Sink Stock
• Notify appropriate sales representatives of all incoming transfers and orders.
• Prepare all outgoing shipments of all non-slab products (package properly for safe transport)
• Manage all inventory transfers (in and out) to both tool vans or showroom/display
• Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments/transfers
• Assist fabricator walk-ins with sink and tool transactions
• Manage damaged inventory and RGA process for non-slab products
• Provide an unparalleled customer service experience on all customer interactions
• Back up slab specialist as needed

• Must be a self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high-paced work environment

• Have a firm understanding of all products that Triton Stone has to offer and have a complete understanding of what our competitors offer
