Kroger's Suffolk store is seeking a Store e-Commerce assistant to support daily operations and maintain high standards of service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with laws and safety procedures, and aiding in order processing for an efficient online shopping experience.

The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and the ability to handle high-paced periods while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to read shelf tags and follow company procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills are necessary.
• Self-direction to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions for selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Manage intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
