Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant in Sheboygan, WI to support daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will assist in managing orders, coordinating selectors and attendants, and ensuring compliance with safety and company guidelines.

You will help with scheduling, training, and process improvements while interacting with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Supervisory experience, read shelf tags, basic computer knowledge, basic math, and self-direction.
• Desirable: production/warehouse exposure, stocking shelves, or cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute/assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies for duties.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized/clean.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperatures.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily/annual performance of team members.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced/stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty/integrity regarding customer/business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
