Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an enthusiastic Store e-Commerce Assistant in Bellevue, WI. This role supports day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department and upholds the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will help meet customer expectations, supervise staff, train team members, and act as the on-site lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when store manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels for all departments, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location and temperature discrepancies.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback during daily and annual performance reviews.
