e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)



Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently

Desired qualifications and responsibilities:

  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in their roles
  • Act as the department lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of work areas
  • Troubleshoot equipment and report discrepancies
  • Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
  • Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally
  • Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
