e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles

• Ability to meet customer expectations for shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train staff in various roles
• Act as the department lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
• Assist with scheduling and order management
• Handle equipment troubleshooting and supply management
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
• Report discrepancies and issues to management
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Implement process improvements
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews
