Join to apply for the e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD role at Kroger

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness
  2. Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines
  3. Perform roles of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  4. Train team members in their functions
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the manager is unavailable
  6. Assist with scheduling and maintaining order intake
  7. Print and distribute order labels
  8. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment
  9. Maintain supplies and cleanliness of work areas
  10. Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
  11. Perform opening and closing procedures
  12. Implement process improvements
  13. Provide feedback on team performance
  14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  15. Manage conflict effectively
  16. Act with honesty and integrity
  17. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  18. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  19. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired:

  • Experience in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles
