Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per company guidelines.
  4. Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
  6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
  7. Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
  8. Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments.
  9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
  10. Maintain supplies needed to perform necessary duties.
  11. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
  12. Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies, and invalid temperature types to the store e-Commerce manager.
  13. Perform required opening and closing procedures.
  14. Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
  15. Provide feedback on team members' daily performance and annual reviews.
  16. Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  17. Manage conflicts in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
  18. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  19. Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  20. Support and assist through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  21. Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications

Minimum

  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Desired

  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience.
