e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure team adherence to laws, food safety, and company guidelines
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members on their roles
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution
• Maintain order intake and assign work to staff
• Print and manage order labels, including for perishables
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of work areas
• Report discrepancies and issues to management
• Perform opening and closing procedures

• Manage conflicts professionally
