Job Description: Store e-Commerce Assistant

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently.
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, or cashier experience.
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety, and company guidelines.
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  • Train team members in various roles.
  • Act as the person in charge of e-Commerce when the manager is unavailable.
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of staging areas.
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment.
  • Report discrepancies and issues to management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback.
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
  • Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
