Qualifications

• Previous B2C customer service experience required.

• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.

• Comfortable learning and communicating product information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide order status updates and assist customers with purchases
• Answer product and website-related questions
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers
• Process returns, issue refunds, provide shipping labels
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with team to identify trends and process improvements
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed
