Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to online shoppers, in-store pick-up customers, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure e-commerce customer service operations run efficiently and effectively.
• Coach, train and develop team members with clear direction and goals.
• Support community involvement and education initiatives related to the e-commerce program.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures in daily operations.
