Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, by phone and in person, guiding them through a no-haggle vehicle purchase and closing deals with confidence. You’ll respond quickly to leads, answer questions, and help buyers select the right vehicle while negotiating terms that fit their lifestyle and budget.

You’ll follow up to ensure satisfaction and smoothly transition customers to the service department, contributing to a trusted, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
