Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to impactful short‑term projects within the TikTok Shop team in the United States. The role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment and exposure to live campaigns and analytics.

You will assist the project PM with coordinating timelines, tracking performance, and supporting resource allocation across Product, Category Operations, DA and other teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or related field.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills with proficiency in common office productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry.
• Patient, responsible, collaborative, and self-motivated with a strong interest in the internet and technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of platform campaign marketing initiatives; assist the project PM with timeline coordination, marketing resource launches, product follow-ups, and other project management tasks.
• Track campaign performance and maintain internal dashboards; support post-campaign reviews and generate insights into business and operational performance through data analysis and merchant and creator research.
• Assist with the coordination and allocation of campaign resources; work with relevant POCs to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and launched on schedule.
• Support cross-functional communication for key business projects, working with Product, Category Operations, DA, and other teams to drive execution.
