TikTok is seeking a campus intern to support the US operations team in executing campaigns for iconic brands. You will power data-driven insights, build dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that drive seller LIVE performance and engagement.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and exposure to cutting-edge campaigns. The position emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and project coordination, with a focus on turning insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; preferred majors include Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in data analysis, performance tracking, project management, and content commerce
• Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Data analysis & insight generation: analyze LIVE performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Dashboard building & performance tracking: build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting views
• Project coordination & execution: maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies and surface risks
