TikTok Shop is seeking a US Seller Content Campaign Intern to join our Operations team in New York for a 2026 start. You will assist with planning and executing platform campaign marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and supporting cross-functional projects within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree, demonstrate strong data analysis skills, and show enthusiasm for internet and technology industries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or related field.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with proficiency in common office productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry.
• Patient, responsible, collaborative, and self-motivated, with a strong interest in building a career in the internet and technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of platform campaign marketing initiatives. Assist the project PM with timeline coordination, marketing resource launches, product follow-ups, and other project management tasks.
• Track campaign performance and maintain internal dashboards. Support the POC with post-campaign reviews, and generate ongoing insights into business and operational performance through data analysis and merchant and creator research to inform business decisions.
• Assist with the coordination and allocation of campaign resources. Work with relevant POCs to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and launched on schedule.
• Support cross-functional communication for key business projects, working with Product, Category Operations, DA, and other teams to drive execution.
