Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Intern to join the US Operations team in Los Angeles. You will help onboard sellers, support category growth, and contribute to campaigns and merchant success in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and events planning as you work toward shaping the future of TikTok Shop in the US.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years experience in e-commerce or influencer/ social media.
• Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth
• Increase production volume and quality of creator led content, including short video and LIVE
• Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently
• Assist category manager on seller LIVE strategies and execution
• Assist in event planning
• Pull and analyze data
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers
• Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities
