Job summary

AutoNation is looking for an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Fort Worth. You will engage with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment, responding quickly to leads and delivering an exceptional experience.

You will help customers choose vehicles, negotiate terms that fit budgets, and close deals while ensuring a smooth transition to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to meet and exceed targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology to assist the sale.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone and in-store leads to guide vehicle purchases.
• Present options in a no-haggle environment and negotiate terms that suit customers.
• Close deals and transition customers to Service for ownership support.
• Maintain customer follow-up to drive loyalty and referrals.
