Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Houston to guide customers online, by phone, and in person through a no-haggle buying process. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help move shoppers from digital contact to an in-store experience with outstanding service.

This role leverages strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and sales experience to help customers select vehicles, discuss options, and close deals while building loyalty through follow-up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and answer questions to move customers from digital contact to in-store visits.
• Close deals and drive loyalty through follow-up and service-department handoffs.
