Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of an Associate degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm.
• Proven knowledge of BillBlast and other legal billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for invoice submissions and e-billing issue resolution.
• Handle complex e-submission assignments for corporate clients.
• Update data for assigned clients in the billing system.

Education

Associate degree or advanced degree with concentration in Business, Accounting, or Finance

1+ years of e-billing experience

Knowledge of legal billing and middleware systems

Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Applications

Strong reading comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
