Qualifications

• Two years of billing, legal, or accounting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pursue expert knowledge of ebilling vendors.
• Knowledge of timekeepers, rates, WIP fees, and disbursements.
• Understand client guidelines and ensure compliant billing.
• Investigate and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Prioritize and organize numerous email requests.
• Follow up and complete assigned tasks.
• Assist with special projects and deadlines as needed.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff regarding issues.
