Job summary

The Retail Associate at Paylocity is responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers. This role supports sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while building product knowledge to confidently guide customers through their e-bike journey.

Responsibilities include sales, customer education on e-bikes and services, test ride coordination, stock management, POS transactions, and teamwork with leadership to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in cycling, e-bikes, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, engaging, and consultative sales experiences.
• Educate customers on e-bikes, accessories, and services.
• Assist customers with product selection, test ride coordination, and purchase decisions.
• Support store promotions and events to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Assist with receiving inventory, restocking, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Support daily operational tasks including POS transactions and basic cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet store goals.
• Take direction from Key Holder and store leadership to support daily priorities.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture.
