Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Team Lead to oversee enterprise observability and application performance monitoring in a large financial services environment.

You will lead a team of six engineers, own Dynatrace architecture, deployment, and optimization, and partner with development, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to deliver actionable insights and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with Dynatrace in large enterprises.
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of distributed tracing, RUM, and AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Dynatrace engineers/analysts.
• Own platform architecture, deployment, and optimization.
• Define monitoring standards, alerting strategies, and governance.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and infra teams.
• Drive observability roadmap and measure KPIs/SLAs.
