Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a team of Dynatrace engineers across a large financial services environment. You will own platform architecture, deployment, and optimization, driving standards for monitoring, alerting, and governance in hybrid cloud and on-prem setups.

You will partner with development, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to deliver actionable insights, improve reliability, and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Dynatrace in large enterprises.
• 8+ years in APM, Observability, or SRE.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set team priorities and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Own Dynatrace platform architecture, deployment, and optimization.
• Design enterprise-scale Dynatrace environments (SaaS or Managed).
• Define monitoring standards, alerting, and governance.
• Develop observability roadmap aligned to digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, SRE, and security teams.
