Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a seasoned Dynatrace Deployment and Configuration specialist to implement and optimize monitoring across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will install OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace extensions, and tailor dashboards, alerts, and AI-driven insights for critical business apps and infrastructure. The role requires strong communication, 6–10 years of experience, and a Dynatrace certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and executive level presentation skills.
• Extensive experience with Dynatrace implementations.
• Knowledge of both traditional and cloud environments.
• Dynatrace certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Dynatrace across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Configure application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and log monitoring.
• Implement dashboards, alerts, and management zones; tune Davis AI thresholds.
• Integrate with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create runbooks and onboarding documentation; enable operations teams.
