BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise tax platforms and ERP integrations. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management across a team of developers and engineers, guiding solution architecture and operations.

Qualifications

Ten (10) or more years of progressive software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
Five (5) or more years in ERP/CRM/HCM product settings.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and hands-on development of Dynamics-related platform capabilities and integrations.
Provide technical direction on architecture, scalability, and reliability for services and APIs.
Manage a team of engineers; oversee daily operations and strategic objectives for Dynamics environments.
Develop scorecards and dashboards to evaluate candidate business applications.
Document projects, monitor milestones, and manage budgets and risks.
