DMD Systems Recovery LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Technician to help users adopt and optimize Microsoft Dynamics and related business systems. This on-site role focuses on user onboarding, testing, documentation, and coordinating support across teams as part of a sustainability‑minded company.

You will troubleshoot, provide release notes, and maintain knowledge for Dynamics workflows, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise applications, help desk operations, or enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to support users patiently and professionally.
Ability to learn business workflows quickly and explain system changes in practical language.
Strong organizational skills to track issues and manage requests.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day support contact for enterprise application users, troubleshooting and routing complex items.
Provide technical escalation, issue triage, user guidance, and follow-through on requests.
Become a trusted knowledge source for Dynamics applications and related workflows.
Test new Dynamics features and bug fixes before release.
Prepare release notes, job aids, and onboarding materials to drive adoption.
Assist with onboarding new users to Dynamics and explain workflows.
Track issues and adoption blockers for prioritization.
Coordinate with the Director and technical resources for deeper troubleshooting.
Assist with data review and access validation to maintain reliable operations.
Coordinate releases and ensure final approvals with Operations.
