Tekgence Inc. in Malvern, PA, seeks an experienced Dynamics CRM Architect to design, implement, and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will leverage CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform to architect scalable, secure deployments, lead technical teams, and drive enterprise integrations via REST APIs and Azure services in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with CRM customization, configuration, plugins, and workflows.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft Azure services.
• Knowledge of CRM data modeling, security architecture, and BPM automation.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and solution architecture.

Responsabilités

• Design and architect scalable, secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Design and implement CRM integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to develop business solutions.
• Define CRM data models, workflows, security roles, and access controls.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
• Manage integrations using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Establish best practices for architecture, performance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Lead environment management, deployment, release management, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and propose continuous improvement.
