Trilyon, Inc. seeks a Dynamics CRM Onshore Tech Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solutions and Power Platform implementations in an Agile environment.

The role focuses on designing and deploying CRM solutions, integrating Dataverse, Power Apps, and data migrations using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric, while guiding ALM, deployments, and BI reporting with Power BI and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 Online).
• Deep technical expertise across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and custom integrations.
• Hands-on with data migration tools (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric).
• Microsoft D365 Certification required (PL-600, MB-200/MB-100).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Tech Lead / Architect to join our team. This role will involve driving end-to-end implementation, consulting, and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Cloud System Integrations, along with a passion for enterprise digital transformation and AI agent development.

Job Description:

• Drive technical design, architecture, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solutions in an Agile delivery model.

• Design and develop custom plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors while managing Dataverse entity data models.

• Lead integration strategies using various patterns (App-based/ISV, ETL, Batch jobs, API) and drive large-scale data migrations using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric.

• Create high-level technical design documentation and conduct solution approach workshops with client stakeholders.

• Oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), CRM solution deployments, environment management (Testing, UAT, Production), and release support.

• Implement Out-of-the-Box (OOB) reports, dashboards, and Power BI analytics, as well as leverage Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry to build agents and chatbots.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably D365 Online).

• Deep technical expertise across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and custom integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Data Migration tools (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric).

• Microsoft D365 Certification required (PL-600, PL-200, or MB-200/MB-100).

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

• Azure Fundamentals Certification (AZ-900).
