Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer in New York to own and evolve a enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platform. The role is highly hands-on, focusing on custom development, integrations, and technical architecture to support mission-critical systems.

The candidate will design plugins and workflows, build Power Platform solutions, and coordinate Azure-based integrations while maintaining security, data integrity, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong custom development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
  • Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for deployments and source control.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational data modeling, and ETL.
  • Strong understanding of CRM development principles, SDLC, and SaaS best practices.
  • Ability to take technical ownership of a Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly.

Their technology team supports a broad portfolio of enterprise systems and is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical CRM and Contact Center environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50/hr - $65/hr

Position Overview:

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer will serve as a technical owner of an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platform and the surrounding Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role is highly hands-on and will focus on custom development, integrations, platform enhancements, and technical architecture.
