Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer in Malvern, PA for a 12+ month contract. You will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, C#, and integrations to deliver CRM solutions in an Agile setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design HLTDs, and implement robust CRM components, while ensuring timely delivery and production support. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related platforms.
• Onsite in Malvern, PA for a 12+ month contract.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery environments and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and CRM customization/integration development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture CRM requirements.
• Create technical designs and HLTDs for CRM solutions.
• Develop CRM plugins, flows, and integrations.
• Provide deployment support and production troubleshooting for CRM solutions.
• Manage CRM environments across development, testing, UAT, and production.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, C#, integrations, and CRM solution development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong development and design experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Automate
  • Canvas Apps
  • Model-Driven Apps
• Experience developing:
  • CRM Plugins
  • JavaScript
  • Power Automate Flows
• Ability to configure CRM components and model CRM data based on business requirements.
• Experience with integrations using Power Automate, Connectors, APIs, and custom API development.
• Strong Microsoft C# skills for developing CRM custom extensions and plugins.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Solutions, Solution Deployments, ALM, and Security Design.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for application development issues.
• Experience with Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI.
• Experience with Copilot in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry, including development of AI agents and/or chatbots.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Provide deployment and production support for CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and work collaboratively with the development team to implement solutions.
